Student Health Screenings
Fremont City Schools provides the following health screenings during the school year:

Please note that all newly enrolled students are screened for vision and hearing.
Dental screenings are offered to elementary students twice per year (with a minimum of six months in between visits) in coordination with the Smile Program.
Parents will be notified regarding the specific dates of all of the aforementioned screenings.
