Senior Information

Graduation Requirements

  • Earning 21.5 of the required credits
  • Please refer to the 2021-2022 Course Guide for more information
  • School Fees must be paid in full in order to participate in commencement exercises.
  • All payments must be in the form of cash, money order, check, MasterCard, or Visa.
  • No personal checks will be accepted after May 20th
  • Thursday, June 2 is the Final Day to PAY Senior Fees in order to be able to participate in commencement.

All textbooks & library books must be turned in by May 27th. Textbooks not returned, will be added to the student's fees.

Entrance Fee Information

  • Cost: $40.00 - $60.00
  • All tickets must be purchased online.
  • All guests must have a guest form on file.
  • Last day to purchase a ticket: May 13th @ 2:50 P.M..

FRHS Administration reserves the right to revoke privileges for any reason including, but not limited to, attendance, behavior, and grades.

All attendees must present a valid photo ID to gain admittance.

Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or any other nonprescription chemical will be remanded to the police and disciplinary action taken.

Senior Awards

An evening to celebrate the accomplishments and scholarships earned by the Class of 2022.

Students will be invited if they are receiving an award or recognition. Please note - not all acknowledgements are attached to scholarship dollars.

Commencement Information

Caps and Gowns Distribution

May 5th, 2022
Ross High School Commons

For those who have not ordered their cap and gown, contact Jostens at Jostens.com.

Students must purchase a cap and gown in order to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Gowns should be taken home immediately and checked for size and length.

Report any inaccuracies as soon as possible.

Gowns need to be pressed and placed on hangers.

NO DECORATING OF CAPS OR GOWNS.

The cap and gown are keepsakes and do not need to be returned.

Commencement Rehearsal

This is MANDATORY, students must be present or they will not be able to participate in the Commencement Ceremony and will not receive their commencement ticket code.

Commencement Tickets

No tickets will be issued for commencement. All ceremony options will be outdoors at Don Paul Stadium.

Commencement Parade

Ross graduates will walk from FRHS to Don Paul Stadium using the following route: Clinton to Don Paul Stadium.

The community is invited to line these streets to cheer on the graduates as the last graduating class from our current Ross HS building.

Commencement Ceremony

June 5th, 2022 - 2:00 P.M.
Rain Dates - June 5th - 6 P.M. or June 6th at 7 P.M.
Don Paul Stadium

Graduates must report to the Commons for final preparations with their caps and gowns at 12:30 P.M..

Only students participating in the Commencement Ceremony are permitted to enter. No friends, parents, or relatives, etc.

The Don Paul Stadium gates will open at 1:00 P.M. for guests.

It is highly recommended that you determine a meeting spot to reconnect at the end of the ceremony.

Please note - for ceremonial purposes, each graduate will be handed the diploma cover. The diplomas may be picked up after the ceremony in the Commons at Ross.

Commencement Etiquette

Hold your applause until all graduates receive their diploma. This ensures that the parents of others who have also earned the right to walk can hear their child's name being called as well. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter.

Remain seated for the same reasons as noted above.

Commencement Pictures

A professional photographer will take a picture of each senior receiving their diploma.
