Parent Involvement Information:
- How do they get involved?
Parents are always welcome at Hayes. We appreciate their
involvement and interest in their child’s education.
They may contact the office at Hayes if they are
interested in a particular activity or event, and we
encourage them to be active in their child’s classroom.
Emailing or calling the teacher is a quick way to
communicate that interest.
- Activities: Title I
and PTO sponsor many of our events. These activities are
during the day, after school or into the evening. Some
of the events that have occurred are the Fall Family
Festival, Movie Nights, Muffins for Moms and Doughnuts
for Dads, Grandfriends’ Luncheon, Young Authors’ Tea and
our end of the year Academic Recognition Dinner, to name
a few.
